Identification: A trim black and white myna with orange orbital skin and deep yellow-orange bill and a black tail. The sexes are alike. The juvenile has a brown plumage unlike black in the adults.
Size: 23 cms.
Habitat: Damp grasslands, garbage dumps and sewage in urban areas.
Distribution: Widespread resident of India; Bangladesh
